This is the first time at doing these kind of shoots, i have plans in my head for using long exposure for some arty stuff later on but i thought i would take a walk down to the motorway which only a short walk away and see what i can come up with. i know that there are a thousand pictures out there like it but im proud of them all the same. :D

In a shot like this, what kind of equipment you need, beyond good old film SLR?

Any filters needed, or just the aperture size does the job?

no filters needed, this was taken with a Digital shapshot Canon S50.. all you need is to work out the right settings.. try setting you camera to the F22 - 24 and then experiment with the shutter speed. :) hope it works out and let me know the results :).
